DCC showing whitelist, don't know why

Okay, that makes sense per how I have DCC set up. This guy (220.191.210.2) is not listed anywhere in Spamhaus ZEN (not sure why, but).

So the only question I still have is, why does it show up as:

X-DCC--Metrics: quantum; whitelist

Is that saying that 220.191.210.2 has been whitelisted because it passed greylisting and the positive bulk result was ignored?

"DCC-->spam" says that dccm decided that the message is spam.
"(off)" says that acting on that result has been turned off, probably with a "option dcc-off" line in /var/dcc/whiteclnt or /var/dcc/userdirs/local/ophidian/whiteclnt
but possibly with "-a IGNORE" among the dccm args.

"dccm" says that is a dccm log file.

"global-log" says that the log file came from /var/dcc/log instead of /var/dcc/userdirs/local/ophidian/log
