RAM size matters

It has long seemed that the public DCC servers with the most RAM report
the highest DCC hit rates or "Spam Ratio" in the server graphs. I've
been done some experiments on one of public servers, artifically reducing
the amount of RAM that dccd is allowed to use. That affects the default
dbclean expiration durations. It seems that going from 2 GByte to 4
increases the hit rate by about 2%. Going from 4 GByte to 6 increases
it by another 2%.
