Or it could be a whitelisted message.  SpamAssassin prints out the
following for DCC whitelisted messages.

   [] dbg: dcc: dccifd is available: /var/dcc/dccifd
   [] dbg: info: entering helper-app run mode
   [] dbg: dcc: dccifd got response: 
   [] dbg: info: leaving helper-app run mode
   [] dbg: dcc: dccifd check failed - no X-DCC returned: 

In this particular case the 'check failed' message is being overly
alarmist.  

The empty string is kind of a bummer.   The empty string is also
returned for various problems.

Would it be possible to return a different string for whitelisted
messages?  Maybe something like:
  X-FOO-Metrics: foo.com 1234; Body=ok Fuz1=ok Fuz2=ok; whitelisted
