Version 1.3.32 of the DCC source is in
http://www.dcc-servers.net/dcc/source/dcc.tar.Z and

Version 2.3.32 of the DCC Reputation code is in the usual place.

Fix dccd crash as suggested by Wolfgang Breyha.
Do not try to stat() missing whiteclnt files more often than once every
5 seconds. This should significantly reduce the number of stat()
system calls on busy systems using dccifd and SpamAssassin.
Fix some problems with determining the mail sender through MX forwarders
for second and subsequent mail messages in an SMTP session.
Recognize some more qmail variations of Received headers for obtaining
	IP addresses.
    Add `cdcc "clients -V"`.
Optionally in dccm and by default in dccifd in proxy mode temporarily
reject SMTP recipients that might be forced to have spam discarded
instead of rejected because it must be delivered to other

The last change is the largest. It is the default for dccifd, because
dccifd cannot really discard any mail. If it works out, it should
become the default for dccm. I've been running it with dccm for more
than a month. To turn it on for dccm, add
    option forced-discard-nok
to /var/dcc/whiteclnt.

/var/dcc/libexec/updatedcc should automagically fetch, build, and install
this version.
