I just now made some trials with the test program
    dccifd/dccif-test/dccif-test -oheader -rvjs -c 0.0.0.0 -I msg2

where msg2 is a test file with several Received headers. I changed
the first 2 Received headers to have IP addresses that match a line
like this in my /var/dcc/whiteclnt file:

    mx ip 10.2.3.0/24

I had previously set DCCIFD_LOG_AT=0 in /var/dcc/dcc_conf and run
/var/dcc/libexec/start-dccifd

The result was a file in /var/dcc/log that has an "IP:..." line
containing the IP address in the third Received headers.
There were lines near the end of the log file like these containing
the IP addresses in the first 2 received headers

    ### end of message body ########################
10.2.3.1 is a listed MX server
10.2.3.2 is a listed MX server

Each time I ran the test, numbers in the X-header increased:

    % ./dccif-test -oheader -rvjs -c 0.0.0.0 -I msg2
    X-DCC-Rhyolite-Metrics: calcite.rhyolite.com 101; Body=1 Fuz1=1 Fuz2=1
    overall result = 'A'
	vjs: 'A'

    % ./dccif-test -oheader -rvjs -c 0.0.0.0 -I msg2
    X-DCC-Rhyolite-Metrics: calcite.rhyolite.com 101; Body=2 Fuz1=2 Fuz2=2
    overall result = 'A'
	vjs: 'A'

    % ./dccif-test -oheader -rvjs -c 0.0.0.0 -I msg2
    X-DCC-Rhyolite-Metrics: calcite.rhyolite.com 101; Body=3 Fuz1=3 Fuz2=3
    overall result = 'A'
	vjs: 'A'

That shows that the DCC server received the reports.

The count of reports from `cdcc stats` increased correspondingly:

 502883 reports 33474>10 32703>100 32703>1000 32677 many

 502884 reports 33474>10 32703>100 32703>1000 32677 many

 502885 reports 33474>10 32703>100 32703>1000 32677 many

So, are you sure you are checking the right stats from the right
DCC server? Is there any chance that dccifd is running with -Q?
Note again that a "mxdcc" whiteclnt line would cause the symptom.
