Milter broken pipe on write

Hi,

I'm fairly new to the DCC. I've installed dccm on our primary MX at
AS12859. It handles between 300K and 800K mails a day. Now the system
seems to work fine, in the sense that the client is indeed communicating
correctly with the server, but I see a lot of these messages:

May 24 10:33:47 crow sendmail[74598]: i4O8SUAC074598: Milter (dcc-milter): write(Q) returned -1, expected 5: Broken pipe
May 24 10:33:47 crow sendmail[74598]: i4O8SUAC074598: Milter (dcc-milter): to error state

about every second or so, which worry me a bit. Lots of other mail
passes and all mail I see going through the box is just fine (X-DCC
header and such). It seems that milter is trying to write something.
What does the 'Q' mean ? Does it affect the mail ?

This is FreeBSD crow.bit.nl 4.9-RELEASE-p3.

groet,
	Pim
