Version 1.2.30 of the DCC source is in
http://www.dcc-servers.net/dcc/source/dccd.tar.Z and
http://www.rhyolite.com/anti-spam/dcc/source/dccd.tar.Z

The point of this release is to deal with the pressure of
the common server database size of 16 million checksums on the
default hash table size. If you are running a DCC server and have
not built with `./configure --enable-big-db`, this will stop excessive
automatic runs of dbclean.

http://www.dcc-servers.net/dcc/CHANGES starts with:

Make all dccd databases "big." If you have not previously used
	`./configure --enable-big-db` then when version 1.2.31 of
dccd is started, it will run dbclean to rebuild the database.
This will make the hash table about 9% bigger and so 9% slower.
Make the "ms" units optional for RTT adjustments in `cdcc add` or
`cdcc load` as suggested by Hernan A. Perez Masci.
Add ${dcc_userdir} sendmail.cf macro as suggested by Valentin Chopov.
This lets you use the full power of sendmail.cf rewrite rules
to control per-user whitelist and log directories. See the
	dccm man page.
Make `dbclean -F` the default on Solaris systems with plenty of RAM
and automatically turn it off when there is not enough RAM to hold
	the entire database.

If you have previously installed 1.2.12 or newer, then
/var/dcc/libexec/updatedcc should make it easy to fetch, build, and
install this version.
The automatically generated /var/dcc/dcc_conf-new might make it easy
to generate a new dcc_conf file for turning on greylisting.
