Ziplip.com doesn't zip with greylisting

I had a complaint that e-mail from ziplip.com users was no longer
working since I set up greylisting on our mail servers. To confirm
this, I set up a free e-mail account on ziplip.com, and sent myself
some mail. This showed up in the sendmail log:

  Dec 17 20:01:35 electra sm-mta[22449]: [ID 801593 mail.info] hBI21WiJ022449: to=<mills@cc.umanitoba.ca>, delay=00:00:02, pri=30750, stat=mail hBI21WiJ022449 from 128.242.109.121 temporary greylist embargoed

A message beginning this way also appeared in my ziplip.com INBOX:

  Mail Delivery Error.

Unable to Deliver to the following recipient(s).
  <mills@cc.umanitoba.ca>:
  electra.cc.umanitoba.ca:452 4.2.1 mail hBI21WiJ022449 from 128.242.109.121
  temporary greylist embargoed

Apparently, ziplip.com's e-mail system treats this as a permanent
failure, and does not retry delivery. I'm not impressed!

Are there any other mail systems that behave this way? Is there
anything I can do in DCC to allow their mail to get through? They
seem to use a bunch of outgoing SMTP servers. I suppose that
greylist whitelisting by HELO or mail host are my only choices.
