whitelist on grey server

I tried some tests, but was unable to make lines like those fail.

Note that nothing in /var/dcc/grey_whitelist has any effect until
`dbclean -G` runs.  After making changes to /var/dcc/grey_whitelist
you must run `/var/dcc/libexec/dbclean -Gi XXXXX`
