The DCC client, dccm or dccifd, sends a request to the greylist
server to delete the triple checksum from the greylist database 
if the client decides the message is spam.

The implementation of the new DCC_OP_GREY_SPAM operation in the
DCC protocol shares code with the implementation of DCC_OP_DELETE.
