How to whitelist AOL non-delivery reports?

Below is a portion of the DCC log file from a message that got
rejected by our DCC server.  Is there anyway to whitelist this sort of
message?  It's a non-delivery report from AOL.  Rejecting it defeats
the automatic removal mechanism of our mailing list manager.
