DCC broken?

The ip is 65.38.28.148 and I'm not using any RFC1918 space on my network.  

Not sure whats up with that.. maybe you can shed some light on it.

Don't know if you're blocked or not.  Two questions:

  . what's the IP the queries are coming from?

  . is there any possibility that the source IP is a  'leaking' rfc-1918
address?
