Problem whitelisting nextel address

I seem to be having trouble with a nextel address; every time my husband
sends e-mail from his pager DCC bounces it.

I've tried whitelisting the from: address as nextel.com and as
messaging.netxtel.com, both in the DCC whitelist and in sendmail's access
database. Could someone offer suggestions as to other configurations I
could try?

It would be nice to be able to exchange messages with his pager, but DCC
is far too useful to give up just for that--if it can't be made to work
we'll just have to do without the e-mail pages.

The sendmail log lines follow (lines broken artificially for readability):
