Mailing list mail that can't be whitelisted

I realize that by using DCC to reject mail, some legitimate bulk e-mail
will be lost.  Here's an example, from a DCC log file.  This mailing
list manager varies the envelope sender, the `from' header, and even
the mail host.  Am I correct that this mail cannot be whitelisted?
