I think chasing that darn mouse around this morning wacked me :) I have
it sorted, it turned out that I had edited the ids and map.txt file on
bsod but never loaded it.

Sorry for that. Maybe I will write down what I have done as a FAQ item
as it may assist others. Also I had no RTT in it as well but I am not
sure if that made any difference as I had not loaded it
