dccm memory leakage?

It is desirable to run the dccd garbage collection cron job, if
you use dccd.

Dccm does not need any garbage collecting, but version 1.1.2 does
need a bug fix.  I think I introduced the bug in 1.1.1 or 1.1.2. 
The fix mentioned in http://www.rhyolite.com/pipermail/dcc/2002/000482.html
is in 1.1.5.
