Sendmail and dcc

I think it would be far easier to use procmail, either in end-user
.forward files or with the sendmail procmail hook.

I suspect that if end-users can make their MUAs detect one header,
then they can as easily make their MUAs detect the other.
However, I doubt that many can manage either.
