Can anyone think of anything that would be broken changing the
X-DCC header to always include the string "bulk" after the semi-colon
that follows the server-ID and before the first checksum?
For example,

    X-DCC--Metrics: calcite.rhyolite.com 101; Bulk Body=1 Fuz1=1 Fuz2=many

MUAs that can only do intial header substring matching instead of
using regular expressions would have to be taught about the names of
all of the MTAs adding their X-DCC headers as well as the server-IDs
of all of the DCC servers that they might consult.

Putting the string "bulk" before the MTA hostname and server-ID
seems like the wrong place.

In other situations, a "bulk" string would remove the need to write
tricky regular expressions for thresholds.
