WHitelisting authenticated users

I'm browsed the documentation, but don't see this...

I have my sendmail set up so that relayers have to authenticate before I
accept their mail - so my users all authenticate, and everyone else sends
email only to local addresses.  All email is thus filtered by DCC.

I'd like to whitelist any authenticated-user email (they come from all manner
of IP adresses, so they are not necessarily "local").  Is this possible?
