Ok, I give up, for now.
I've just released 1.3.48/2.3.48 with the automatic 64-bit Solaris DCC
server compilation turned off.
If your Solaris box has more than 4 GByte,
you are running a server, and you are either not using dccm or you
have 64-bit sendmail libraries, then I think it would be good to make
your DCC server use more than 2 GByte by something like
setenv CFLAGS -m64; /var/dcc/updatedcc
or -xarch=generic64 or -xarch=v9 or whatever.
