Whitelist and log access - Internal Server Error Access Denied

I just upgraded DCC to the latest.
Running Red Hat ES4
update DCC didn't show any apparent errors.

When logging into web page to access log and whitelist I'm seeing 

Internal Server Error: open
(/var/dcc/userdirs/local/dmaluski/log/msg.2LjxiD): Permission denied

Mail that came in prior to upgrade is accessible.
