CDCC info shows "not answering"...

I'm new to DCC and I apologize in advance if this is a silly question.
I have already searched the archives, but didn't find an immediate
answer.

When running cdcc 'info', everything looks as I expected except at the
very end where I see:

Does this indicate a problem?  If so, how do I resolve it?

I'm not sure what should be answering, because I haven't yet started any
processes that would run DCC.
