Thanks for that, but it dosn't appear to be the normal start/stop/restart
init.d script ... it gives me there options

start-dccm: dcc: [-x] [-h homedir] [-r rundir] [-u UID] [-c argv0] [-a
args] [-l logdir] [-L log-at] [-R reject_at] [-w whiteclnt]

Can you tell me what I have to do to start it?
