Version 1.3.26 of the DCC source is in

Version 2.3.26 of the DCC Reputation code is in the usual place.
The CHANGES file starts with:
Compression reputation reports from the same week instead of from
the same half day. This significantly reduces the size of the
database on systems using DCC Reputations.
Restore the flood rate limiting based on TCP windows, but now just
ignore the bogus EAGAIN complaints from some versions of Solaris.
Fix server whitelists broken in 1.3.21.
/var/dcc/libexec/updatedcc should automagically fetch, build, and install
this version.
