I think the whitecommon file in the DCC source is only a sample and
that there are too many mailing list subscription confirmation
messages on the Internet to track.  Besides, if this subscription
confirmation was not whitelisted by enough recipients and so looked
like mail to the DCC when you saw it, then the traffic from the
list would also look like bulk mail.
