'Releaseing Mail'

Hi,

Occasionally I get some e-mail that DCC picks up as bulk that isn't, I would
like to be able to 'release' this to the recipiant (I have it sat in log
files).

If the e-mail is just text it is easy enough but I'm not sure how I can do it
when it's MIME encoded etc (bearing in mind I need to keep some parts of the
header).

Has anyone got any nice scripts or quick and easy / dirty ways to do this.
