Hi, some times it looks that dccm stops responding. At the mail server I'm getting Jan 5 11:06:52 mailer sm-mta[64979]: j05G5qBa064979: Milter (dcc): timeout before data read Jan 5 11:06:52 mailer sm-mta[64979]: j05G5qBa064979: Milter (dcc): to error state Jan 5 11:06:52 mailer sm-mta[64979]: j05G5qBa064979: Milter (dcc): init failed to open Jan 5 11:06:52 mailer sm-mta[64979]: j05G5qBa064979: Milter (dcc): to error state dccm runs on separate server with "-p inet:<port>@<ip address>" I don't exclude the problem with the OS (FreeBSD) What I want to do is to monitor the dccm response and in case of timeout to kill dccm and start it again because this fixes the problem ;) Any idea how to do this? I was thinking to use telnet to the dccm's port but I'm not very fimiliar with the milter specifiations and I don't know what to send there (and what to expect;) Thanks, Val == Valentin S.
