cdcc RTTs in FreeBSD Jails

Hi,

i am using dcc client in FreeBSD jails.

The strange thing is:

Using "cdcc load map.txt" on base system results in many (currently
4) working servers. traceroute -P UDP -p 6277 ... works, too.

Trying the same from inside a jail, any server works, but only 1 
and not 2,3,4... servers. The working 1 is arbitrary.
traceroute gives:  
traceroute: icmp socket: Operation not permitted


I think that RTT uses some socket operation which does not work
inside a jail.


What i do not understand: why 1 server works, but not more than 1?
