I think these:
#ifndef HAVE_POLL
#undef USE_POLL
#endif
in include/dcc_defs.h doesn't allow compiling with poll() on FreeBSD.
Also FreeBSD needs  #include <poll.h> (I added it  in  include/dcc_clnt.h
).
