dccm got a fatal error

It means that when the DCC client code was about to transmit a request,
it discovered that the client-ID it was about to put into the packet was 0.

It should have been impossible.  If you see a way to reproduce it, please
let me know.  I doubt it had anything to do with editing grey_flod files.
