anonymous DCC clients of 192.188.61.3

If you have dcc-flod.rhyolite.com or some other alias for 192.188.61.3
in your /var/dcc/map file, it would be best to replace it with
something like dcc1.dcc-servers.net

I think the only rhyolite.com hostname that was ever adverised as a
public DCC server is dcc.rhyolite.com.  For a long time that has been
a CNAME for dcc.dcc-servers.net.
