HTML vs. bulk

I used to filter here on HTML, since everyone I correspond with uses plain 
text.  However, I've got a few more people using my mail server now and 
some of them do correspond with Outlook users or webmail lists that send 
HTML, so I stopped filtering it.

Frankly, DCC is doing such a good job that I haven't noticed a difference.
