About DCC or Distributed Checksum Clearinghouses

Has anyone already written a cron script to go through new files in
/var/dcc/log, extract the culprit's IP address, look it up in the
ARIN/RIPE/APNIC databases, and send the spam to abuse@ISP (or
ISP@abuse.net)?
