Adding whitelist entries for fuz2 entries.

I added this line to my whitelist:

	ok      Fuz2        da1d1e79 3ff21b94 3a2be8f9 f91217d4

and now I receive this error in dbclean:

unrecognized checksum type "Fuz2" in line 8 of /var/dcc/whitecommon.meer 

According to the dcc man page, the entry should look like this:

  count hex hex_type hex_cksum

so perhaps the line should read:

	ok      hex Fuz2        da1d1e79 3ff21b94 3a2be8f9 f91217d4
