Version 1.0.51 of the DCC source is available in

    fix man pages on FreeBSD.
    fix file descriptor leak in dccd when using SOCKS.
    `cdcc "flood check"` forces dccd to re-resolve hostnames for flooding
	peers that are failing.

Unless you care about man pages on FreeBSD or SOCKS, or unless you
run a busy DCC server and haven't installed the major flooding bandwidth
improvements that came with 1.0.50/49/48, this is probably not interesting.
