mailing lists

Is there any chance these mailing lists with constantly changing 
envelope from values have unchanging From: header?
I've been shown some mailing lists with constantly changing envelope
Mail_From values but that seem to have a constant From: header value.

Either or both the envelope and header from values can currently be
used for white- or blacklisting.
