version 1.0.41 of the DCC source

Version 1.0.41 of the DCC source is available in
http://rhyolite.com/dcc/source/dcc-dccd-1.0.41.tar.Z

Many of the changes are described in

The most important change is to fix the "add" operation in `cdcc`
that I broke in 1.0.39.  I apologize for that.

Another change is to cause dccd to bind separate sockets on platforms
without getifaddrs().
