The main change fixes my latest damage to the DCC server mechanism that
that automatically runs dbclean.

If you are running an ancient version of the DCC server code, it would
be wise to install a more recent version because of the Fuz1 checksum
changes a month or two ago.  Using an old version reduces the
effectiveness of spam body detection as more clients use the new
definition.  I think more than 90% of Fuz1 checksums today are based
on the current definition.
