Adding IP to Metrics Header

oh, now I see.  Version 2.3.20 had a bug in code I added that made
the checksum type optional.  It's fixed in the unreleased 2.3.21
version I'm using.  Try 
   dblist -C '67708712 3cef1eb2 218ec748 11c283ae'
