Please advise on how Video Professor can be removed from the Rhyolite Software list of unwelcome domain names and unwelcome IP addresses. I do not see any evidence that would suggest that Video Professor sends spam e-mail.

Rhyolite Software, LLC has no obligation to provide Ms. DeLuca evidence in support of any entries in the Rhyolite Software list of unwelcome domain names. However, as a courtesy, I have made available an example of unsolicited bulk mail advertising Video Professor received in 2002. There is also a second example received in 2004. Because both examples were sent to "spam traps" or addresses that have never been used except as targets for unsolicited bulk mail by advertisers, I have censored the target addresses in both of those web pages.
I wonder if Ms. DeLuca was unable to find other evidence For example, in March of 2005, a Google search for "videoprofessor spam" finds about 755 web pages apparently related to spam advertising Video Professor. There are also more than 100 samples of spam apparently advertising Video Professor found by a Google search of news.admin.net-abuse.sightings
Perhaps Ms. DeLuca believes that because the unsolicited bulk mail advertising Video Professor received at rhyolite.com was sent from domain names other than videoprofessor.com that it does not count. If so, she is mistaken, as might be inferred from this entry in a list of excuses:
The answer to Ms. DeLuca's question can be found in the old list of objections about entries in the Rhyolite Software list of unwelcome domains. Videoprofessor.com is unlikely to be removed before a user of the Rhyolite Software mail system asks to receive mail from videoprofessor.com.That bulk email advertising us was not spam or was not our fault. It came from a rogue affiliate that we will terminate as soon as you disclose your spam trap address for list washing.
